Have you heard of the expression “we don’t know what we don’t know” This is a simplified version of the coaching tool called ‘Johari’s window’, basically we are unaware of our own blind spots. Over the years I have noticed that a large number of clients initially come to work with me in order to better understand themselves through Self-Awareness & Self-Inquiry, however it soon becomes clear to them that even though they know what they want in general terms they have little idea of how to actually achieve it. What a good coach does is to take their clients from this general Self-Inquiry to specific Self-Development by supporting & empowering them to improve their health & wellbeing in all aspects of their life.
As a good coach myself, I have identified 4 key areas of coaching that are essential to the client’s success.

What is My Power of Three Method?
My Power of Three Holistic Living Life methods are built on the 3 core pillars of A, B & C. Each pillar holistically underpins Mind, Body & Spirit for the Inner-Self, Outer-Self & Higher-Self.
Awareness – We have to begin with AWARENESS, knowing where we are at, how we feel in that moment or situation, where we would like to go & how we would like to feel are invaluable, because just like a map we cannot get anywhere without knowing our starting point. Within AWARENESS there is also ACCEPTANCE, we need to embrace ourselves for who we are & where we are at right now.
Balance – Every day (possibly even every minute) we are taking in our experience of day to day living through sources that aren’t necessarily good or best for us. So what we see, hear & feel (consciously & unconsciously) may contain a lot of negativity. Therefore, when we try to put positivity into our lives it’s no wonder it can have little to no effect because the negative that has built up over time is simply too much for the drops of positivity to have any long lasting effect. That’s why I address balance in everything we do.
Connection – You know how you feel loved & supported when you connect to family & friends well the same is true when we feel connected to our whole selves. We are much better able to look out for ourselves, make good decisions & live well to our full potential when we feel fully connected.
What do I mean by HOLISTIC?
Holistic approach means thinking about the big picture. Or in this case, the whole person mind, body & spirit. Taking into consideration all that is outside of that person, ie: environment, social life, family & work.
